Service Description
Hot & Cold: Relax and detox in one of our Finnish sauna's, which sits beside either an organic swimming pond or ice baths. All participants are required to sign a waiver. If you’re booking on behalf of multiple people you will be responsible for the party. Members cannot use credits to book for others. Please note that access to the full site (Riverside & Woodland saunas) may be limited during private bookings. You will be informed on arrival, and will always have access to , including changing rooms.

Cancellation Policy
You can make changes to your session through the My bookings page on our website, or via the Spaces app. Our policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund Any cancellation within 48 hours is non refundable You can reschedule your session in the Spaces app up to 24 hours before your start time Sessions are transferable - you’re welcome to pass your booking on to a friend if you can no longer attend This policy helps us keep the experience fair for everyone and ensures we can run sessions smoothly and sustainably. Each booking slot is carefully planned to maintain the calm, restorative atmosphere our guests come for.
