Service Description
A private sauna booking for up to fourteen people offers an intimate retreat, combining the deep heat of a traditional Finnish sauna with exclusive access to a serene organic swimming pond and two ice baths for rejuvenating cold water immersions. Select a session that has availability for 16 people and use code PRIVATEHIRE at checkout. You must select the maximum number of participants (16) regardless of your party size. 1 - 16 people How to book the whole site (up to 16 people): - Find your perfect time and date using our calendar - Ensure you have chosen an empty session (0/14 participants) - Select all 14 spots even if you have fewer people attending - Enter the code PRIVATE14 at the checkout for accurate pricing

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please email info@fireicewellness.co.uk. Our policy: Cancellations need to be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund for a private booking. Any cancellation within 72 hours is non refundable. Sessions are transferable - you’re welcome to pass your booking on to a group of frienda if you can no longer attend. This policy helps us keep the experience fair for everyone and ensures we can run sessions smoothly and sustainably. Each booking slot is carefully planned to maintain the calm, restorative atmosphere our guests come for.
