Coming soon: A new cafe at W-o-T and a new sauna experience just a short drive from the city

Something new is coming to Fire & Ice

If you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll know we’re always looking for ways to make the experience better - more time in nature, more ways to unwind, and more reasons to stay a little longer.

So this is a little heads up and a teaser of what’s next. Because we’ve got two exciting additions in the works.

A cafe, right where you want it

We’re opening a brand new cafe at the Wildlife Park, right next to Fire & Ice Wellness in Westbury-on-Trym.

This has been something we’ve wanted to do for a long time. Somewhere you can land before your session, somewhere you can warm up after, or somewhere you can visit for a slower moment in nature.

Think:

  • Great coffee (the kind you actually look forward to) from Extract Roasters in Bristol

  • A space that carries the same calm, grounded feel as Fire & Ice.

  • The friendly Fire & Ice Wellness faces you're already familiar with.

So next time you visit there'll be no rushing off, no breaking the flow. Just an extension of the experience.

Whether you’re coming straight from the cold plunge or meeting a friend for a catch-up, this will be your spot.

A new sauna & ice baths on the fringes of the Old Down Estate, Tockington

If you’ve been to visit us for a sauna and ice bath experience at Westbury Wildlife Park, you’ll know how special it feels to be tucked away in nature. Old Down brings something a little different - open countryside, wide views, and that “you’ve properly escaped the city” feeling without travelling far.

The build is underway, and we hope to be opening pre-bookings by the end of April.

Want to be the first to know?

We’ll be sharing updates soon and you'll be able to pre-book your drop-in or private session at Old Down in the coming weeks.
