Why choose Nature Nook?
Hello, I’m James, and you may know me from your visits to Fire and Ice Wellness. Before joining the team at Fire and Ice Wellness, I spent years working in primary schools, delivering PE lessons, sports clubs, forest clubs, creative clubs, and more. My passion has always been helping children stay active, spark their creativity, and have fun in a safe, supportive environment.

While working at Fire and Ice and chatting with many of you, I’ve heard a common challenge: finding time for yourselves while juggling childcare.
It’s not always easy to carve out a moment to relax or focus on your well-being. That’s why I’m thrilled to introduce the Nature Nook, a vibrant stay-and-play space.

My mission is simple: to create a space where kids thrive while parents get a well-deserved break. I’m excited to bring this vision to life. Join us at the Nature Nook, and let’s make wellness a family affair!
