About the event
Expect aromatic steam, sauna whisking with bundles of leaves, salt infusions, handmade botanical body scrubs and moments to cool down and reset between rounds.
Nick's approach draws on the traditions of Lithuanian Pirtis and Finnish Saunotus, using plants, scent, steam, touch and temperature to turn a sauna session into something altogether more immersive.
About Nick
Nick T is an award-winning Sauna Master and qualified massage therapist who has trained with the Lithuanian Bath Academy and at Sipoonjoki Heritage Sauna in Finland.
In 2025, he was named Best Sauna Practitioner of the Year by the British Sauna Society. His rituals have taken him to community saunas, retreats and wellbeing events across the UK and beyond, earning a reputation for experiences that feel deeply grounding, restorative and a little bit magical.
